Our Apartment Options

We have many options when that can fit many different needs when it comes to apartments.  We have small and large one and two bedrooms units.  We also have large 2 bedroom units with their own private entry ways as well as units with gas fire places.  

Spacious Living Area

Our oversized apartments boast a large living room as well as a dining area and is laid with shag carpeting.

Oversized Kitchens

Our kitchens are large and spacious with plenty of storage room.  Some units also come with ice-makers and/or garbage disposals.

Bathrooms

Our two bedroom units host a guest bathroom as well as a master bathroom.  All bathrooms come with both tubs and showers.

Full Size Laundry

All of the units at Devonshire Village have the room and ability for a full size washer and dryer hook-up.  If you do not have your own, we do have some for rent, just ask our management for more details.

Large Patios

Every unit here has its own covered and lighted patio, with plenty of room for outdoor tables, chairs, and a bbq* storage (1st floors only).

Walk-In closets

Our 2 bedroom units host a large walk-in closet for the master suits.

*Grills and BBQ's are only allowed on first floor units, and must be used outside the patio area.
